Mosley Square Glenelg. Adelaide,
is a 25 minute journey by modern electric tram from Glenelg.
Mosley Square has the modern Dublin hotel and a variety of cafe's, & food outlets including McDonalds
Glenelg is Adelaide's beach side resort suburb, and it was also the beachhead
for the establishment of the colony of South Australia, in the early
1800's.
Long white,sandy beaches, that are clean and safe, are enjoyed by
tens of thousands of visitors here each year.
Main shopping and attractions are very central in Glenelg.
The main shopping is stretched along Jetty Road. It is a mix of,
hotels, fashion stores, supermarkets, souvenir shops, funiture stores,
newsagents, banks, film labs, cafe's, restaurants, in fact there
is an almost endless variety.
There is a couple of good butchers and greengrocers located here
also.
At the very western end of Jetty Road is a hotel and resort complex
called The Grand. Within this Hotel there are a variety of restaurants with completely
different styles and themes. There is also a variety of bars.
The "Grand" is a popular spot on the weekends with entertainment
till late in the evening.
There is also cafe located downstairs at the town hall

A short walk from Glenelg to the north is the Holdfast Marina & shopping precinct.
There are around 10 restaurants & cafe's & seven fashion & beauty shops located here. There is undercover parking available for a fee.
The popular Oaks Plaza Pier Hotel has entertainment & bands on the weekends.
